- Development Appraisals – We offer complete advice on any potential sites for development. From an assessment of the relevant planning policy and advice on site constraints and opportunities, through to construction costs and funding.
- Quantity Surveying – Contract law, cost planning , cost control.
- Project Management – We act as Employers Agents, Contract Administrators & Client’s Agent under a variety of contracts with values typically between £500,000 – £5,000,000. We also manage smaller projects and act as monitoring surveyors for a number of funds and banks.
We have used Whitefox for building surveying services and Insurance Reinstatement valuations for blocks of flats both large and small throughout our portfolio in Southern England.
