Managing Director
Darren is a Chartered Surveyor and Corporate Fire & Building Engineer. He is a UK registered Expert Witness and a National Council member of the Pyramus & Thisbe Club – the leading club for the promotion of excellence in Party Wall practice.
Darren has over 20 years experience in the property & construction industries in building surveying, project management, development and construction. Prior to his current role, Darren was a Director of Hydon – a regional property Development Company.
Building Surveyor
Jon is a Building Surveyor and Project Manager with experience in the retail & leisure industries and in residential development.
He is a competent surveyor who provides invaluable assistance both within our organisation and to the project teams he works within.
Surveying Technician
Patrycja supports the surveying team in all aspects of her role as our Surveying Technician. Patrycja’s previous role was a contractor’s QS. Her current focus is mainly on QS based activities including fund monitoring, contract administration and project management.
Practice Manager
Samantha joined in 2019 having been an Office Manager for 8 years with another local company. Her role is client focussed ensuring enquiries are dealt with swiftly and clients updated regularly on the progress of their matter. Samantha maintains the office and supports the surveying team in all aspects of their duties. She is also responsible for the marketing of Whitefox Chartered Surveyors through local events and our social media platforms.
