This large project entailed the refurbishment, fit out & extension of 7 storey Grade II Listed former Victorian brewery into mixed use scheme including residential, retail and museum uses. New build elements to the project were undertaken in the first phase of the project and entailed delivering a small scheme of 3 storey townhouses. It was important on this scheme to work with the original building fabric and retain many important historic elements including the original copper vats used for brewing beer. Weymouth museum are to be located within the scheme once works are completed.
