Paintworks is a 30 acre site in Bristol situated on the Bath Road. A leading example of successful regeneration of a former industrial site, this project entailed construction of multiple new build apartment buildings with ground floor commercial uses and basement car parking. Site infrastructure, estate roads, parking, public realm and association works. This final phase of the project completes the wider development of what is now a vibrant, busy mixed use scheme with a variety of different businesses including the Royal Photographic Society.
