This project comprised the refurbishment, fit out & extension of a 6 storey former department store into a multi-use, multi let commercial building. Spaces let include retail, offices and hospitality by way of a signature 4th floor restaurant with a roof terrace operated by ‘The Botanist’ restaurant chain. The building was occupied and trading throughout the course of the project which required close co-operation between clients’ operational team and construction teams.
