- Quantity Surveying – Contract law, cost planning , cost control.
- Project Management – We act as Employers Agents, Contract Administrators & Client’s Agent under a variety of contracts with values typically between £500,000 – £30,000,000. We also act as monitoring surveyors for several funds and banks.
We have used Whitefox for building surveying services and Insurance Reinstatement valuations for blocks of flats both large and small throughout our portfolio in Southern England.
