The Role

This is a supporting role working within our QS team who undertake the full range of surveying activities you would expect of a PQS firm.  Your responsibilities will include supporting the QS team with:

  • Preparation of cost plans, budgets, and tender documentation
  • Contract administration under JCT and other standard forms
  • Managing procurement processes and tender evaluations
  • Monitoring project costs, progress valuations, and final accounts
  • Supporting clients through the project lifecycle from inception to completion
  • Liaising with contractors, consultants, and design teams
  • Contributing to business development and client relationship management

Candidate Profile

We’re looking for a confident and capable individual who is looking to build their technical expertise and brings with them a collaborative team-focussed mindset. The ideal candidate will have:

  • RICS accreditation (working towards)
  • Some experience in cost consultancy and contract administration
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills
  • A proactive, detail-oriented, and commercially aware approach
  • A valid UK driving licence (own transport preferred)
